I have the great honor to announce that I take been recognized by the Connecticut Section of Economic and Customs Evolution Office of the Arts with the Creative person Fellowship Excellence Award in the discipines of Visual Arts, Illustration, Children's Book Illustration, and Works on Paper.
The Artist Fellowship Program recognizes the creative excellence of individual Connecticut artists in a variety of disciplines and allows these artists the opportunity to pursue new works of art and to achieve specific creative and career goals. The plan is highly competitive: over 235 applicants were received for the 2018 round with applications reviewed past 48 professional panelists representing a broad assortment of creative disciplines.

I am thrilled! I have been selected to be i of the Artist-in-Residence for the Ely Heart of Gimmicky Fine art residency programme. The residency will run from October 17 - Nov 17.
I will exist leading a cut paper collage workshop for all ages. Participants will create art inspired by the Connecticut woodlands. The workshop is free, but registration is required.

My illustration We are going to tell the King has been selected for the Danforth Museum of Fine art Almanac Children'southward Illustration Juried Exhibition that showcases new and original artwork created past picture volume illustrators. The selected works will exist exhibited from June 9–September 16, 2013.

My painting, Flying past Lighthouse Betoken, has been selected for the Madison Art Society 38th Annual Juried Exhibition and Sale at Madison's E. C. Scranton Memorial Library. The juror for the show is well-known Rhode Island plein air painter Cindy Baron, who is nationally recognized in both watercolors and oils, painting the yard landscapes of the western mountains and coastal shorelines.
The show runs from May 6 through May 30, 2013 at the Scranton Memorial Library, 801 Boston Post Road, Madison, Connecticut.
